“We ordered some samples for our bedroom and finally decided on a color. When we ordered the gallon it was a few shades lighter than the sample, and even though the gallon matched the paint chip exactly we wanted the darker shade that the sample reflected. We came back in twice to get our gallon tinted darker until it perfectly matched the sample. We really appreciated how willing they were to work with us to get the color we wanted even though I’m sure it was inconvenient and probably annoying for them (not that they ever showed it).”

“Ten years ago I contracted with Terry’s to replace wood flooring and carpeting in my home. Terry came personally to provide an estimate for the job. It was especially important to me that, although Terry came with assistants to do the installations, he did much of the work himself, as well as overseeing the work of his assistants. The installations were done quickly, neatly and professionally. He got a “5 out of 5” for that job. Very recently I contracted with Terry’s to replace carpeting in a hallway and stairs. What happened? Same as above. Same great work. As a bonus, Molly who manages the store was really patient and helped us to find just the right carpet and color for the application (high wear).”
