“Employees were nice / friendly. Place seemed to have good prices on some items just normal on others. I only bought 2 items to try. One was no better than other stores. Other was good and not often available in other stores. Surely worth taking a look at / giving a try.”
“Great selection of infused olive oils if you are in the market for that. We purchased two bottles of EVOO a Sicilian and a Greek. Also purchased a bottle of the white balsamic vinegar. The staff was very friendly and know there product very well. They also carry gift sets with multiple small bottles of vinegars and oils.”

“TERRIBLE! The carts require a nickel deposit but IT NEVER works. I can never get THE CART to unlock so I end up having to stand in FRONT of the store... begging for someone to leave me their CART.. like a bum. Still AMAZING products and CHEAPER than hannaford of market 32.”

“This Hannaford is among the best stocked and quickest, most easily accessible stores in the area. Everyone is super helpful and they have what you need! I asked the bakery manager if they could change where they put the sticky labels on half loaves of bread. It made it impossible to open the bag without tearing it apart. “Aldi is a great store. They have a unique cart and checkout system, which is fine once you know what it is. They have their own lines of products which are definitely worth trying. We have found some which we really like and buy regularly and some which are not as good, but overall, it is a great store. Most prices are lower than other stores and they have some revolving products which you learn to grab when you see them, as they go fast and do not come back for a while. Their assorted holiday offerings are especially interesting and quite enjoyable most of time.”

“Great customer service. The pharmacy usually has meds that others like CVS are constantly out of stock. Best customer service experience I've ever had at ANY pharmacy and is consistent. They actually care and go the extra mile.. Prices are similar to Market32 aka Price Chopper. Produce has never been an issue for quality for myself. I wish they had more sales similar to Market32, and higher rewards. Store brands are excellent.”
“This is the BEST Hannaford location! I travel 15 minutes out of my way and past another store just to shop here. The most friendliest staff work here. Especially in the Seafood and Deli departments. Very fresh seafood with an amazing display case. Always very helpful and friendly when I have a question…. Deli counter has very knowledgeable and friendly workers. Amazing hot food bar here as well. Always well stocked and good presentation, lots of different options too… tried the lobster roll today for the first time and it was out of this world. Will definitely be back for more thank you!!”
“Romas to Cardonas: from ordering your sandwich choices in a line, step by step, to placing your order, in one step, right up front, so now I know how it works. Sub preparation seemed a bit slower but WAS worth the wait. I went with the turkey sub today...lettuce, tomato, onion, swiss cheese and mayonnaise. It was mos def Ken's mayo this time, which is fantastic on a turkey sub! Thought they provided Hellman's mayo my previous visit which I'm not fan of. Anyhow, to wrap up, cashier at the end was very nice and my turkey sub was kick-ass. It's been a minute...glad I went today. Be seeing you all again! Thank you!”

“I'm staying in Saratoga Springs for the week and stopped by to get some basic groceries. This is such a beautiful store, the colors and the lighting are much more pleasant than a typical grocery store and it was very clean. The bakery items looked delightful (especially the mini donuts, like the mini Boston creams) and I was impressed with the large bulk section. I'm giving four stars instead of five because even given inflation, the fact that I live in a place with a high cost of living, and the apparent quality of the items, the prices were pretty high. If I lived near here, I would want to come to this store sometimes for special items, but wouldn't plan to use it as a place to regularly get basic items. Still, I left feeling glad that I had been there and recommended it to the friends I'm visiting.”

The medical system — a tech, otherwise helpful. Literally dismissed my factual account of “the lost wallet.” This woman said I had my phone when I left the pharmacy counter (my phone was at our home). She literally wanted to look around

“Frank, Myra and Darlene were very good to our family. We lived next door to the store for a couple of years a long time ago before their little dog passed away. They make very good food, They have outstanding customer service and they make hot/cold sandwiches. They used to have a family get together on Sunday’s with the cousin Marlene and other family cooking playing dominoes, etc. These people are traditional Latin entrepreneurs. They put family and friends by their hearts. Very genuine family. They fed us food when we were hungry without money.”
“I've been with the Hannaford in Glenville for a very long time, they have been wonderful. Tim, Danielle, Techs are stellar. Coreen not so much. Constant attitude ive tried to kill her with kindness, benefit of the doubt maybe some personsal issues but it's been 2 years nothing changes. She seems miserable which causes unprofesionalism. Literally called to check if scripts were filled one was incorrect left me on hold for 12 mins put the phone down heard everything then hung up on me..Shes not kind. As a pharmacist I cannot comment.”

“Ellen, the pharmacist at Price Chopper, is a lifesaver. I was flustered because we could not get an important seizure med for my dad. He had been in the hospital for 7 days due to a severe seizure. We were sent home in this medicine but had not been able to get it for over 48 hours. I was worried he would have another seizure. Many other pharmacies were not able to get it. She was able to find some of the medicine and patiently walked me through all the steps needed to have the rx moved over. I am very grateful for her patience and her ability to find this for us.”
“Betty Jane T helped us today. She was very pleasant and sweet. She went out of her way to make us happy. We will come back here again and again because of people like her she is a wonderful employee.”
