People who work there are very rude and don’t want to help. They can’t seem to fix there only diesel pump and it’s been 5 weeks and multiple times letting them know. It cost 140-160 to fill my truck up and they’ve lost business 6 times now. Hope you get this fixed soon or I’ll keep going to a different gas station.

I know it’s a gas station, but even at Crosby’s, you’d expect them to get basic food orders right. Apparently, that’s asking too much. I ordered a simple sandwich, and not only did they mess up the order completely, but the food was borderline inedible. The sandwich was made improperly and the bread was stale. The ingredients were sloppily thrown together without any care.
What’s worse? When I tried to get it fixed, the staff couldn’t care less. No apology, no effort to correct their mistake—just a half-hearted “that’s what you ordered.” Seriously? It’s embarrassing how bad their customer service is.
If you’re thinking about grabbing food at Crosby’s, do yourself a favor and skip it. You’d get better quality and service from a vending machine. This was an absolute waste of money, and I won’t be coming back.

Will not be receiving any business from me anymore. Today was the final straw. I was a regular at this crosby’s (not anymore) and I knew the staff pretty well. Id always go in almost every morning and I would get food here on the regular. Ive had a couple repeat issues to the point where I will never be back into this establishment. Not for gas, not for anything. Here is a list of situations that have happened. For context the only food I order here is a steak and cheese on white bread toasted. No veggies, no mayo, just steak and mozzarella, fairly simple.
1) I ordered my sub per usual, came on wheat bread, no big deal I shrugged it off and ate it
2) I ordered a sub, waited 30 minutes went in and they misplaced my ticket and I had to wait another 10 minutes. Again not a huge deal I worked food service for a while so I understand but definitely frustrating
3) Me and my cousin ordered a large pizza and waited 30 minutes. Went in and again they misplaced the ticket. Had to wait 20 minutes, at this point I’m starting to get irritated with the service
4) I ordered my same sub again and got it absolutely lathered in mayo, dripping from the edges of the paper wrapping. Brought it back to the store and told them that I didn’t ask for mayo and specifically asked to not have anything except steak and mozzarella. They then asked me if I wanted them to remake it which I replied yes. Girl working was apologetic but had a bit of an attitude.
5) Ordered me and my girlfriend subs, I ordered my sub as usual and ordered my girlfriend a turkey sub. Waited the 30 minutes for the order as directed. Went in and they misplaced the ticket AGAIN. Then they proceeded to tell me that they don’t actually have any steak unfrozen and I can’t get the sub I ordered. I left.
6) Ordered a sub yesterday (Oct 1st, 2024) again same thing, misplaced the ticket had to wait in parking lot for it to be made. The one guy there is always nice to me and makes good subs, he apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again.
7) Today October 2nd was the breaking point. I woke-up around 5:45 and as usual went into Crosby’s around 6:15 got a breakfast sandwich that was mediocre at best today, whatever it’s a gas station I’m not expecting anything extravagant. Went to work and didn’t eat a great lunch (My fault entirely.) Got home at around 6pm and I was very hungry, I figured I’d order a sub because to be honest I really really enjoy the sub when they actually get it right and don’t waste my time. I order it, at 7:08. Told on the phone at minimum it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Even though I am starving since I took my lunch break at 9am, I figured what’s another 30 minutes. I go in around 7:40ish, the workers greet me by name since I’m in there so often and I go to the fridge to grab a drink, they then tell me that the steak is frozen and I can order another sub if I wanted. I was so angry I just walked right out of the store and it took every fiber of my being to not freak out at them as I was so hungry and angry. They could’ve called, I wasted yet more countless time with this place and I am through. I will never spend another dime at this crosby’s or any other crosby’s again. I am extremely frustrated with the service and I have been nice and given countless chances for them to do their job properly. It’s a shame as I did enjoy talking to the workers everyday and having it as part of my routine but I’m just utterly baffled at the lack of effort and care in a food service related job.
I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE goes here for anything besides gas. And that’s if the pumps are even working…

Went in after vacationing on our way home to Maryland. My husband said it was a nice place. Well the place itself is nice but Cathy that was working was not nice or helpful at all. We wanted to order food and she stated we had to fill out a form, but there were no forms so she had to write it down. Seemed in a bad mood and was very unfriendly. I think her badge said Assist Manager. Unfortunately, your business is only as good as your worst employee so I feel her replacement would improve this business immensely! The man that worked the other day was very kind.

Tell me why a large sub come with only 3 chicken fingers cost $12 while I can go anywhere else spend max $3 more I get a sub woth 6 7 fingers

Just called to order a large pizza and was told 1 hour and 40 min wait no thank you. I'll drive 15 mins and go to marks In newfane no convenience here.

This was a stop because I was very low on gas and needed to get some.There are two pumps here, easily spaced for easy access. The pumps work well, and there's plenty of parking for the convenience store.
