Having driven by and seeing that seamed to have nice vehicles we checked out their website which is very easy to use. We stopped in on a Thursday even without an appointment. We where hooked up with Joe Pellegrino and he did a great job of going over their inventory on his computer with us as it was cold out. He took out input on wants and needs. After giving in on color choice he showed us a vehicle that we fell in love with. Joe not only handled the sale he handled the financing. This turns out to be part of the standard here they don't pass you around to different people. Just you and your sales rep start to finish. I got my tires changed about a month ago, the people who changed my tires told me the steering is wobbly because of the brakes, I replaced brakes all the way around and the issue was still there, brought my van to the Batavia Dunn tire and the 2 guys working really took care of me. They were kind and extremely helpful. I really appreciate those guys! Definitely recommend going there for your tire needs!”

Nearing closing time L&L not only took the time to diagnose the issue, ordered, and offered to stay late to install the part! After a quick fix, we were off on our way and got him to school on time thanks to their amazing service!”
