“When Windows 10 support ended, my husband and I knew it was time to upgrade, but we were highly reluctant to part with our faithful old laptops. Thankfully, Michelle’s incredibly calm and patient demeanor instantly put our worries to rest. She helped us select two new, lightweight laptops perfectly tailored to our needs as seniors, and we couldn't be happier. The data transfer from our old computers went flawlessly, and we picked up our new, fully set-up devices in just a few hours. A few months later, we purchased a printer, and Michelle had it installed on both of our machines remotely with remarkable speed. And, of course, to be warmly greeted by Sage, their beautful lab, is just an added bonus!

“This man is a amazing when it comes to PCs. I brought my PC to him with a problem and he was able to fix it within a few hours. Although my problem wasn't the biggest problem, his communication was amazing, always updating me with what's going on. Definitely recommend this man to whoever needs help with there devices!”

“I’d say fair and reasonably priced. Didn’t charge a diagnostic fee and when we found out the repair would cost more than a new laptop he helped me transfer data onto one.”
