They were quick figuring out the problem with my laptop. I've been there before and they always go through all possible problems if you don't know what's wrong and they are happy to explain it. Sage the Dog is a sweetheart too. I will always go to them whenever a problem arises.

Marc was very helpful in telling me directly what I needed to hear about my bad purchase of a computer (my own fault, I should have done more research).
