“After going to the Spectrum store in Lockport for a new phone and leaving with nothing because they had to ship it to me even though it was in stock (yeah it doesn’t make sense) I decided to go to the Batavia location the following day. Here I was greeted by Justin Williams. After telling him my needs and wanted he quickly got me set up. With a phone in hand this time!
