Inside, the shelves are well-stocked, and customers can find what they need in the deli and commercial bakery aisles. However, some bottled water SKUs were missing. The self-checkout worked smoothly, and the staff was described as "pretty cool." Overall, the Batavia Walmart Supercenter provides a positive shopping experience, with some minor areas that could use improvement, such as the men's restroom and the availability of certain products.
Being a 78 year old widower, technology can be daunting at times. The customer service people showed me, step by step, how to use my Walmart app to navigate the store, scan items and pay, using my phone. My trial experience was small but very successful with employee assistance from beginning to checkout.

Frank in automotive was extremely helpful!! I showed up today with a dead car battery, not realizing they were closing early due to being short staffed.. Frank said he would stay a little later and put the battery in for me. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service!! Thank you!!
