“I always love shopping here. The only problem I have is the AT&T salesmen. These guys are always asking people about their phone plans EVERY time I come here, including me. I'm a tech guy and I never go to the electronics section in this particular Target because I don't want to be bothered by these guys every single time.”

Called ahead to inquire about a specific model TV being in stock. When we arrived the TV model could not be located. The initial employees' response was "so sorry... our computers are wrong..." My response was " you need to make it right" ... when I call ahead and ask if an item is in stock I expect an employee to verify that on the shelf; our family has half a day planned around the purchase and delivery of this television & insisted on escalation to a manager. I don't know who was on the other end of the escalation... but we were offered a same size, better model for the price of the TV that we originally went to purchase.

My trial experience was small but very successful with employee assistance from beginning to checkout.”
“I purchased a sweater but found that I needed to return which was passed the 30 day time limit and I didn't have a receipt. The sweater still had the tags on it so luckily they were able to give me store credit for it. Everyone was so kind, patient and efficient during the process. Highly recommend”
