Horrible! A banking nightmare. Promised I had overdraft protection the without telling me they revoked it for something that was not even my fault. Caused a world of hardship and did not care or give me time to make other arrangements. Honest NO, personalized NO smile at you and pretend friendly YES, give a damn what financial damage they do, NO!!!

Love community bank. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because they now no longer offer free checking.

Their app is very unstable and will constantly lock you out. Never any help from customer service and most are very rude about it. The bank itself convenient location very inconveniently not open or can't reach customer service on weekends (Saturdays). Switching banks the hassle with this one just isn't worth it.

I made a new bank account and the app just won’t let me sign into it and check my balance, I haven’t been able too for over a year now. Tired of calling the bank all the time just to see how much money I have ?????

Unable to solve problems by telephone. The bank's phone service is not 24/7.

Unfortunately as a long time customer of Steuben Trust being forced to now become a customer of Community due to a buyout hopefully they are as friendly and treat me with friendly atmosphere as Steuben trust staff did be nice if the branch was open on Saturday at least till noon!

Bank tellers are friendly and helpful. Service obtaining mortgage was extremely slow with rudeness shown towards the realtor when the deadline for obtaining mortgage confirmation was past.

I appreciate the time they take with their customers, it would be nice if they were open on weekends though for those of us who work during all of their open hours M-F.
