“After a nightmare in Corning's Rite Aid, where no one knew what to do (Walgreens was closed). I went to Walgreens in Bath today and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I'm not the most technical person, so I asked for help. The two woman that helped me get prints of my Grandaughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. The Bath Walgreens is a great place to do my shopping. Thank you.”

“Great gas stop! The nice employee, (I think her name was Cassie Joe) made me a fresh, whole pizza to take with me to go. It was one of the best pizzas I have had in my entire life! Who would have thought that a gas station pizza would be so good!
Cassie Joe also helped me find a few items that I was looking for as well while I waited on my pizza. Thank you Cassie Joe! Pilot is lucky to have you as an employee!”

When we got home, we realized that a piece of one of the frames we ordered was missing. My husband stopped by the next day and they got him the missing piece with no problem.”

“It was very busy when we stopped. Under staffed and/or overworked employees. And I totally understand that some people just don't care to put forth customer service skills. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Please consider getting more staff. Fairly clean restrooms. Plenty of parking available. Good place to stop if you don't have an issue with unhappy customer service.”
