I got 4 brand new tires the mavis yesterday with the AWESOME installation package Young man Jose did my alignment today and so far so good its driving straighter than before and the he did the best he could to center my steering wheel as it was a little more off center before! The older gentleman thats always there with the glasses Is amazing didnt catch his name but he takes time in his work I can tell and make sure everything's good before lowering your vehicle!”

“If I could give this shop ten stars, I would. Absolutely outstanding service. Tonight I was driving my car and the tire went flat instantly.It's a brand new tire. I had my granddaughter in the car. I told him I had to drive the car less than one block. Because it went flat so fast.They took a look at the tire and said that they could plug it. Their shop was closing, but they said, don't worry, we got you. I inquired whether the tire was safe because I had to drive it one block to get it to a safe place where we could get air. And there was a little rubbing on the side of the tire. They assured me that the tire was absolutely fine.They plugged it, they fixed it.They stayed later, then they should have.They were kind, they were polite.They were knowledgeable, courteous, felix and william ten stars for outstanding service.Thank you very much for helping me and my granddaughter today, get home safely. “This a testament to their honesty and integrity. I brought in my vehicle to have the brakes done because they were making noise. They told me I didn’t need brakes and added something to make them stop squealing. They could have easily just done a brake job and charged me for it. Recently, my check engine light came on, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it within a day, and charged a very reasonable rate. They even took the extra step to fill my tires when they noticed my tire pressure gauge was on. The team here is always thorough, kind, and professional. “Dropped of my truck to them as the brake light was on. Quoted me a price to fix all 4 brakes, which I agreed to. Next day called me saying "ok car is done but dealer price was wrong and it's $300 more" I immediately said not happening as I had agreed to a certain price the day before. Offshore called me within the hour to honor the price they originally agreed to. This shows a lot to me as a customer. I will 100% be returning.”
