Thankfully the service team at Pep Boys got me in and out quickly. I had the car towed in at 8:30 and my Axle was replaced and the rear brakes were completed by 1pm.

My experience at the Pep Boys in bayshore was a very good one. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. If there is one suggestion it would be for a more accommodating waiting area, other than that it was an all around good experience.

Staff was very professional and courteous. It was my first time at the Bayshore location to get an oil change and I'm very satisfied. I was a walk-in and my wait time was very reasonable. Thank you guys.
