“We all know how hard it is to find a good groomer especially for dogs with specific coats. Owning a doodle ain’t easy, and I’ve used a mobile groomer since he was 16 weeks old. His groomer was going on leave and I’ve been stressing stressing stressing about all the bad stuff you read and horrible experiences and i was really so stressed to book a thing. Through word of mouth was referred to cozy pet for Vivian. She was accommodating, she fit us in within a week or two notice, and she did an AMAZING JOB!!!! my boy had a great day, was laying on the floor when i returned to pick him up and it even took him a minute to realize mom was picking him up. He loved her, and the whole experience was super smooth being it was his first time. I love that they don’t crate in between, they finish one dog at a time (2 1/2 hrs total he was there) and i can’t thank them enough for not only doing such an amazing job but making his first impression about being dropped off somewhere a really really great one. We pre booked already and plan on becoming a long time friend of cozy pets.”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. “I have to be honest, when looking for a rehab I skipped this one because of the low stars. The one we picked was awful. I had to pull my father out. a friend then recommended Island. When I first walked in, it was 10pm. I noticed how absolutely clean the facility was. The staff was welcoming. They made my father feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice. They communicate every aspect of my fathers care. The physical therapists are great. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. My father is a picky eater and they do not stop trying different food so that he eats. the nurses are awesome. I can't say enough how great they all are. Not one issue. The staff answers quickly to the call button. They make sure my father is comfortable. If you are looking for a rehab for a loved one, I strongly recommend Island.”

Tiffany & the staff were very friendly and great communicating any delays, pick up times, & detailed on what was done at pick up. “I've had a fantastic experience at South Shore Grooming! Janice is simply the best. I've been to several places locally, and I love how Janice only has a couple of dogs at one time, which makes me feel so much better leaving my dog there—there’s no overload of dogs. The salon is spotless, and my 10-year-old Shih Tzu can be a bit feisty, but Janice always knows just how to handle her. She comes out looking absolutely beautiful every time! Plus, Janice is impressively quick, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Thank you, Janice Chesney—my dog smells great and looks amazing! Highly recommend her services!”

“I have been searching for a new groomer for a while. A friend recommended Cozy Pet to me. Well today I brought Maggie in and Jasmine did an unbelievable job! Maggie had gotten so matted from wearing sweaters and I could not brush them out anymore. I knew she would have to shave Maggie. We had a very nice conversation and I was expecting to be upset when we saw her. Well that was not the case. Jasmine did such an amazing job and Maggie looks adorable! Plus it only took an hour and I love that they are not put in cages. Also to the gentleman up front I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me about Maggie’s coat and how she should only wear a sweater when she goes out if needed and not making feel worse than I already did! Look forward to bring Maggie again!”
