On one hand, they did help me out with my query. On the other hand, the employees clearly aren't given much training on how to interact with members of the public. There's a good chance that they aren't trying to be abrasive, but they don't make a positive first impression.

This place is worth .. bank clerk are with bad attitude, not helpful ..they don’t work here for help customer fix the problem. Pass the buck to our customer side ,He said ,That’s your problem to fix ,I work here for 7 years ,He can’t help ..

Ended up trying this location as my usual location had noone available to notarize or give medallion guarantee seals on documents. This location is very large and clean. Has parking in the back but is fairly small parking lot. This location has notarization service but they will not notarize any document that doesn't have a "box" for notarization which means if you need a legal letter notarized this location will refuse to notarize it. Also could not provide a medallion guarantee seal for brokerage asset transfers to Merrill even though I've had a banking relationship with BofA for over 20 years. Locations is probably OK if you don't need notarization of uncommon documents and medallion guarantee of any forms. Chase did it with no issues but with this experience I decided against transferring more assets to their subsidiary Merrill Lynch.

I went to see Mi-young kwon. because I needed Korean service. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. And she came out and answered. “I’m going to go eat lunch” I went back home. visited again the next day. I needed help, but she said she don’t know and told me to call the customer service center and ask.I wasted my time for two days and felt bad. it was the worst experience.

Where to start ok let’s try.At age 10 my father pounded in my head son you only have one friend in this world.And that’s your banker.You are going to need them for the rest of your life.As an adult I always thought cash was king.Miyoung explained to me cash is good but credit is king.That’s why I took out a auto loan.That’s why I took out a credit card.And soon I will take out a home loan.As Miyoung walks me through the steps.I need to do to make this happen.Ok that said Miyoung does much more than that.See set’s up my BoA Apps on my phone.Miyoung set’s up my E mail on My phone.Miyound set’s up my passcode and other things.I don’t even know.Miyoung is my hero.Miyoung cares about me.That’s why I tell my friends and family to bank of BoFA.And see some home cooking like me.

Came here today to open an account. Was greeted by Elaine. She was patient and kind enough to get me a bandage as I got a paper cut on my way over. Luz and Elaine both helped me with opening my account and they were thorough and very friendly. Good and professional service.

Purely racial discrimination place. my father , a immigrant speak limited English, went to the branch recently and the personal banking clerk Miyoung Kwon discriminated him and said : CHINESE go to Flushing!!!! I can’t believe how can an asian herself discriminated other Asian like this. Worst banking experience ever
