The Bank of America Financial Center is a very large and clean location with a small parking lot in the back. The service is described as very attentive, good, professional, thorough, and friendly. Staff members are noted as being patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, with some associates speaking Spanish. The new lobby is bright, clean, and organized. This location offers notarization service, but it will not notarize documents that do not have a designated "box" for it, refusing legal letters. It also could not provide a medallion guarantee seal for brokerage asset transfers, even for long-term clients. For these specific needs, such as notarizing uncommon documents or obtaining medallion guarantees, the location may not be suitable. For standard banking services like opening accounts, setting up apps, and discussing loans and credit, customers report very positive and helpful experiences.

On one hand, they did help me out with my query. On the other hand, the employees clearly aren't given much training on how to interact with members of the public. There's a good chance that they aren't trying to be abrasive, but they don't make a positive first impression.
