“It's great to be able to purchase a book on the Bandibooks website and have it delivered to a New York bookstore. It's not a huge amount, but I've been buying books often for over 10 years and I love it! The owner is so kind. You can purchase most new books directly online or at bookstores. It is cheaper to buy online and pick it up. I'm so happy to be able to use such a good service in New York, where there are few ways to get Korean books.I have been buying Korean books for both adults and kids for over 10 years. “When I was walking down Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights, I looked for a book store nearby. I wasn't expecting much, but what I found, which was this store, I was pleasantly surprised. The people in the store have all been very friendly and very helpful. They engaged in wonderful conversations and made great suggestions for me to read, with their selection being mainly in Spanish. Despite their main Spanish collection, their English literature and books didn't disappoint me. I left with 7 books, with one of them being a gift. I will definitely return to the store again.”

I haven’t attended classes here, but it’s reputation precedes itself!Division 1 NCAA sports and a gorgeous stadium!The Gabelli business school seemed to be very well equipped with Bloomberg terminals and a seemingly state of the art facility! Overall my impression of the school was very impressive.”

“I recently reviewed after traveling to the store in person, but this time I have ordered from their online store, IndoUSPlaza. Once again...a pleasant experience from prompt order payment and shipment confirmation all the way to receiving the parcel at my doorstep. They have everything one needs to live a sattvic lifestyle...puja items, ayurvedic products, festival decor, kavach pendants, extensive yantra collection, etc. etc. Oh and of course books, books, and more BOOKS! (In English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc.) I feel welcomed here. So will you!”
“When I got here it seemed as if I had stumbled upon a vegan/vegetarian grocery store in the back of a bookstore. While it is not very big, you will see all the bigger vegan brands that you sometimes are looking for. The prices aren’t the best but I saw brands that I rarely see.”
“Absolutely beautiful - books to the ceiling. Old vintage books smell I loved it feels like a hidden lost royal library. The owner is super sweet and friendly and the prices are amazing! Picked up a book that normally on Amazon is 21$ I got it like new condition for $1! Yes you read that right ! Love this book shop will definitely recommend and will return!”

“I have had the pleasure of visiting both the Iselin, NJ and just this past weekend the Jackson Heights store. Wow! I went to buy books (and believe me, they have a most extensive collection!) All of your puja needs can be found here. And to my surprise, a Doctor of Ayurveda on site. Everyone, regardless of ethnicity will feel welcome when they come to shop here. It is clean, well-organized, and the staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. They were very patient when it came time to ring up my large order. I find the prices to be reasonable and would spend my money and time there again. I can tell that the owner and his associates take pride in their culture. Come visit Butala Emporium...you won't be disappointed. Jai Shri Krishna!”

“What an awesome toy store! I was visiting family in Long Island for a few days when my aunt and I went shopping for Christmas. There was a great variety of options and all of the employees were so lovely, especially Morgan! She helped my aunt and I figure out what to get my siblings and cousins for Christmas and she was very fun to talk to. There hasn’t been a toy store in person that I’ve seen in a while like this one and I recommend to anyone in the area for sure.”
