“This place is better than my regular physicians office! Clean, professional and prompt service. I’ve gone several times already and have always been impressed. They follow up with you too. I had a uti and they called me after they checked the bacteria to change the antibiotics to one that would do a better job killing the bacteria. Don’t hesitate and it’s not usually that busy. I’ve always been seen within 20 minutes.”

My mom recently passed away, and Dr. Osborne was incredibly kind, offering not just sympathy but genuine empathy during such a difficult time. That level of compassion truly meant a lot to me. This Dr knows his job and he also understands that most times some patients can be so demanding and unnecessary annoying without a cause, so he listens patiently to us and then calms us down with his words of wisdom. Cause i lost my meds n city md was like come in again so they can charge your insurance... also you cant even talk to city md doctors on the phone... but can talk to them at this location on the phone. “First wen I walk in to the clinic was very clean and only 2 people waiting to be attended, with there social distance and sanitize on the wall, the receptionist she's very nice and friendly, nurses are same nice and very friendly, wen the Dr Alba Donaghy walk in she was super friendly and make field very comfortable she wen thru with everything with explaining and ask me many questions making sure everything was taking care, I will extremely recommend Dr Alba Donaghy and clinic.Thank you so much for take care of me.”

I am referring to: Dr. Neil T. Smith. Dr. Smith, is the kind of primary care physician, that is very rare to find these days. We all live in a very " hurried" and rushed world these days, especially in the middle of this devastating pandemic, that we are all witnessing and trying to wrap our minds around on a daily basis, the best way we know how. I personally believe; it's not how fast something happens or gets done in life... rather how "RIGHT IT GETS DONE". Dr. Neil T. Smith is a superb DIAGNOSTICIAN. I trust him complety for over 15 years and he never once made any incorrect or any misdiagnosis with me. He knows exactly what to ask me at each appointment and his remarkable ability to listen to his patients is just another example of why Dr. Neil T. Smith is in a league of his own. Dr. Smith, is the most down- to earth person, that just happens to be the"BEST OF THE BEST", in terms of medicine. It's as if each patient is a "CANVAS" and his hands are his "PAINTBRUSHES', he meticulously creates and evaluates each patient to produce the healthiest and happiest outcome to ensure you are living your best life ! “This is one of the best Healthcare facilities i have been in, once you go in one time their memory lock you in so your next visit they remember you and great you with a smile. I really like how informative the staff are and helpful in giving you the correct information you need. Its a very busy facility but you get everything fast your results comes back to you in a day or two, you are late they still try to see you but if you are extremely late they still will see or give you another appointment. I love it there.”

“I have been coming to this center for at least 5 years. The doctors and nurses are all excellent. Very courteous and they actually listen to you. The staff T the receptionist area is also helpful. The only minus is the phone center. They are not located at this center and operate independently from the clinic. They have messed up a few times cancelling my appointments. But that is not the fault of the clinic. I also use MyChart to communicate with my doctors and have found it is very helpful. I feel that the staff is excellent and we shouldn’t knock it because of the shortcomings of the call center.”

“I was a tad bit skeptical prior to my first visit here after reading the reviews but I personally found all 3 ladies in the front warm and inviting and have had no issues so far. I should have issues considering I keep changing my appt every time they call me to confirm my appt but they are the upmost accommodating, kind people one can come across after changing your appt for the 3rd time. Thank you all! Dr. gets right to the point which is the best. No need for B.S. You need a Dr. to tell you to your face that your overweight and need to lose weight the size of a munchkin from the Wizard Of Oz. and this is he.”
