“I went here today to take care of some paperwork. While I do dislike Fidelity overall I'll have to admit the workers here were very polite and helpful. So not sure about all the other negative reviews. But things were actually good, but again I do dislike Fidelity and moving my business elsewhere in the future. But I'll give them 5 stars because today they deserved it.”

“Came to open a bank account. The staff was very helpful and worked well with our questions and small hiccups. This place can get packed so it's best if you get here earlier than later. They have security and three ATM machines. The establishment is clean and orderly. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their legal department does not work on the weekends. Yes, everyone is bilingual.”
“Thru the years, I've asked few loans to this bank at this location, although I don't even have a bank account with them, they approved them. They stay true to the interest I was going to pay. This year I finished paying my debt and I know that I can count on this bank if I need it in the future.This is truly the Bank of the little people. I would highly recommend to anyone.”
