“I don’t usually write reviews, but this spot definitely deserves one. I affectionately call this place “the community post office”. Everyone who works there is so wonderful and helpful and happy. There’s always a bunch of people there and the vibes are always immaculate. I genuinely love coming in here as a weekly stop for my small business. Somehow this little shipping center makes me feel more connected to my community every time i pop in.”
“They work 7 days a week Sunday they close early but is convenient to have them open employees with experience pretty quick parking in the back if coming from the parking lot no wheelchair accessible but if you park in the entrance parking meters are easy you can use your wheelchair from the front entrance”

I will never go to another UPS location, i was at the Albertson 5480 store 10 minutes prior and not only was the associate rude, the manager Frank was sarcastic and rude- so much so that I didnt give them all my packages because i couldnt wait to leave their Albertson store. I drove 10 minutes to this Greenvale store and was greeted with a smile and a flawless pleasant experience”

“Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.”

“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“The staff here is amazing! They are so helpful. Whenever I come in for an Amazon return, they take care of me so fast and I am out of there in minutes. The other day one of the staff members was so patient with me with 8 returns that I made a mistake with. Instead of putting UPS drop off at this location, I put Whole Foods. He made the correction with all the returns, which took about 15 minutes. Through it all, he was patient and was so nice. I love this place!”
