simple double sided copy orderdidn't have it done, then didn't make it double sided. staff not trained, had to keep calling the manager. no apology

Clean and convenient! Nice to have a local UPS store/ return center. The only complaint I have is for some reason Amazon is not getting my returns. Very odd because I've never had this problem returning Amazon items at other UPS locations. I hope the staff is not stealing returned items!!!!!

Very professional employees and well laid out store. Fast service. Damian and all the staff are well trained and understanding. I zip in and out of the store, knowing that my parcels and letters are shipped swiftly. Jesus loves you and your souls are priceless!!
