“This was my first time using this repair shop for my BMW. My bmw app alerted me to get my rear break pads changed and I also wanted a wheel alignment. The repairmen took me in right when it opened and it was very easy. The owner Vince was also there and his professionalism and mannerism is what stood out to me. He made me feel respected and valued as a customer. Plus, the price was reasonable compared to the price I would have paid at the actual BMW Dealership. Overall, I will come back again for future repairs here. My car is riding smoothly again. Thank you for your service and leaving a great first impression!”

I had heard good things about this shop so decided to try it. John was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He took a look at the tire and was able to plug the tire rather than me having to purchase a brand new tire for a car that is only a year old. I’m very happy with the service I received. Mike has always taken care of me and this time Hussain has taken care of me by tracking down some tires for me. Always a great job well done when I bring my vehicle in to them.”

“Called and spoke with Junior. He said he can give me a good price on Advanta tires. I never heard of the company but when I looked them up I found that they are a tire company in Arizona and been there since 1982. I read that their tires can compete with the best. I'm not exaggerating but I feel like I'm driving a Cadillac instead of the Kia and I also noticed I'm saving money on gas. Junior's great! The guys working on my tires were great! They were careful with the rims and the service was fast. I love Cross Island tires. I will be telling my family and friends about them.”

“I'd rather choose here than pep boys or other big chain spots that are going to try and empty your wallet by not being up front with you. The prices of their tires are competitive but the service and availability are of no comparison. Other than myself, they took care of customers tire issues left and right. They explained the details of what the cost of everything was in their invoice without trying to surprise me with an inflated invoice where labor costs were left out like that big chain places. The husband and wife who run this have found a customer for life. The wife handles the front with great customer service and looks out for her customers. I only needed 2 tires instead of being forced to buy a whole set. I could've bought used of I wanted but didn't. I'm pretty sure I'll return for the other 2. “Everybody is super nice. They try to explain why this is necessary and how the cost comes out, even if I haven't asked yet. It's hard to find a reliable mechanic and repair shop since the expertise is beyond our normal knowledge. It's our freedom to doubt the owner or mechanics, but if you want to get more benefits, we should research and prepare a little bit, then trust each other. It was an enjoyable experience to get inspections and change some necessary parts.”
