“To those who have questions of how a small business like this can exist without online website sales they dropped processing credit cards payments for temporary hold as a long time customer of their for 15 years I can honestly say if you had the New York Wall Street people giving you financial money and advice you would be able to run your merchandise business profitable as they been doing for the past 58 years in business especially their auction purchases when large wholesalers and large department store chains liquidation their inventory at 5 cents on the retail price just like to give excellent credit to The Burlington stores chain this business can compete with Amazon pricing structure and match or thou they don't buy at the same quantity or price as Amazon but they are pretty close. Wall Street cash backing gives them that power. And that why I been make all my purchases from New Stamford Toys Trains including now their new 2026: toy stock of WWE wrestler figures and New infant toys for those 3 months and up to 5 years old.They are in business to stay with U,S.Traiffs and all .”

“Came in here on a whim with my 3 year old looking for cars and from the moment we walked in the staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We spent a lot of time there browsing before my son finally decided on his cars and never felt rushed or unwelcome. Truly a gem to find and they had so many collectibles, figurines and other toys.”
“Went here a few months ago and was blown away by the spaciousness! Definitely more expensive than the other arcades and be prepared to spend more money. However, the merch and plushies are official and licensed, as far as I know this is the only arcade in flushing that does not have bootlegs so that may explain the higher price tag. I will say, I really liked the Lunar New Year promo they had and they should definitely have similar events more often to offset the difficulty and high cost-but at the same time, it's still skill and luck based!Machines are definitely harder, but ask employees for help! The last time we went, we were trying to win a derpy looking dinosaur, and it was very difficult (claw was too weak and plushie was very big and chubby) and the worker helped us reposition. The app did glitch and take away 2 tries for us that we weren't able to play, but the same worker helped us (I never got her name but she had glasses!). She was very encouraging and sweet and helped us win it!”

“The owners know all their products and are very experienced with importing merchandise that otherwise might be difficult to attain here in the States. From Transformers to Gundam, from Power Rangers to Ultraman, from One Piece to Jujutsu Kaisen, they’ve quite literally have it all. My brother and I will be frequenting this spot quite a lot in the near future and I hope anybody that is even remotely interested in shopping collectibles or hobby items that you will give this place a chance and fall in love with the atmosphere as did my brother and I!!”

This is the only brick and mortar store TrainWorld in Brooklyn is only a warehouse with online orders only so do not bother trying to visit the Brooklyn location. Oh, and Bobby from The Sopranos was offed in this store in the infamous Lionel Blue Comet scene and there's tons of memorabilia.”

Their variety of options on balloons is what really caught my eye. Karli has the talent of bringing a vision to life (which can be hard to come across these days). Also a huge plus is seeing the cutest dogs while you shop! 10/10 would recommend coming here, and I will most definetely be coming back for all my gift and balloon needs !!!”

“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”
