“Trying to breath new life into my high mileage daily driver, I of course found myself walking the isles at my local auto parts store. “I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional and pleasant to work with, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My car was returned in great condition and even cleaner than I expected, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.
In the end, the work was done well, the car looks great, and I would absolutely recommend them.”
