“This place is such a hidden gem. You can immediately tell it’s not some generic retail store the second you walk in. Everything feels carefully chosen, not just stocked to fill space. There’s a really cool mix of vintage, modern, and unique pieces that you just don’t see everywhere, which makes browsing actually enjoyable instead of repetitive.
The whole shop has a creative, personal feel to it, like there’s real intention behind every item. It’s the kind of place where you find things you didn’t even know you were looking for. You can tell the owner has a genuine passion for what they do, and that energy carries through the entire space.
I also love supporting small businesses like this because it actually feels like you’re part of something local instead of just another transaction. Places like this give a town character and make shopping feel more meaningful. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re anywhere near Beacon or Fishkill. I’ll absolutely be back.”
“I went into the nicest store today it was a month day no1 likes mondays but I was met with a warm "how are you" she was very sweet and did the business justice I will be returning for my rooster shirt! “Nice shop, good selection. Great for most people hiking nearby. Clerk said they do not carry compasses. Disappointed since I had lost mine recently during a bushwack and was hoping to get a quick replacement. I'd expect a local hiking store to have this, especially since they sell physical topo maps and guide books.”
