“Times I have shopped at Track 23 used to be named Pocket Exchange or PCX I have found clothes that I’ve liked at good prices. Sometimes they would have great deals and bargains. Always liked the short sleeves t-shirts and relaxed fitted jeans. I am not a fan of the skinny jeans I guess that’s the new clothing trends and styles these days. I’m more old school. Have shopped at one here in Newburgh also shopping at other store at Middletown Galleria at Crystal Run over the years. For the prices and quality of clothing I’ve purchased I have been very pleased with it. It’s been a couple years since I’ve last visited track 23 with rising costs of everything and many businesses closing or downgrading etc. Things these days have changed certainly it isn’t what it used to be like a number of years ago. That excitement electricity vibes no longer exists.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Aziz on two occasions. His knowledge and customer service skills are exactly what someone expects in retail as a consumer. More importantly, he expresses the ability to go above and beyond naturally to help others, which is a characteristic trait that can’t be trained and is well appreciated. I travel over 40 minutes to go to the Newburgh location because of him passing a larger location Poughkeepsie. Fortunately, he is as well dedicated to his job, from my perspective, because he has been there in the morning and evening on three visits that I have made in the last 27 days. Not much is appreciated with an hourly employee and that much will change with my post, but I want him to know and others that he is a part of the 1%!

I had to return for my third visit my last visit, I had an issue with The company itself and how they handled an online pick up while charging me for shipping yet stated free pick up and told me it was only available for pick up in Newburgh. The second visit I went to pick up The ordered item that was on the shelf, but not for me and it was one of 1? after I made the purchase. It was no longer available online, but the other side of the shelf was available yet the same set up online was forcing me to pay for shipping when I returned the item On my third visit Aziz Remembered who I was, and grabbed the bag prepackaged before I made it to the counter again great service, but horrible logistics Not at fault by the local store.
Heidy, was the store manager on duty during my third visit, and was very accommodating and understanding of the situations. There was only so much she could do. Heidy was able to refund me but not the shipping.

Lastly, Aziz, during my first visit signed me up for Snipes rewards card which has saved me roughly $30 on An estimate $100 in purchases and Heidy helped on my last visit save a little more by being dedicated to sign customers up and Snipes would want, but because I trusted them individually,
They were able toable to establish a rapport”
