“I've always loved this particular establishment as I know I'm getting what I ask for and no surprises.Staff is always funny and nice. They go out of their way to make sure the atmosphere is extremely light and inviting. To most it would be a genuine surprise, as most "fast food" place's, the environment is toxic and or a feeling of tension.Love this place and highly recommend.”

“I caught a great sale at the Encore Shoe store last week. I went back this week but the other pair of boots I wanted was sold out. Maybe I'll check their location in the Crystal Run Mall, located in Middletown, NY to see if they have the boots in stock.”

Grocery and food options are well stocked and fresh, retail stores are clean and organized, and the bakery and prepared food selections really stand out. Whether you’re running quick errands, shopping for household items, or picking up food, there’s something here for everyone.
The stores are well maintained, and the staff I’ve encountered across the plaza have been friendly and helpful. It never feels chaotic or overwhelming, even when multiple stores are busy at the same time. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and convenient, which makes shopping here stress-free.
