We also stopped into Simmons Rockwell on Chambers Rd and the difference in customer service was astounding. We immediately returned to Ferrario. “Lattimer's Garage is actually Andy's Garage. Don't judge a shop by how it looks. If Andy doesn't have the experience or tools to fix something, he knows someone who will help. He put our car on his lift so he and my husband could have a look at the problem. We went on our way with our car and, while we waited for the part to arrive, Andy found someone to help us. He took us there the next day. Steve fixed the problem and we continued on our trip with a safer car. Thank you Andy and Steve!”

“About a month ago I had bought a new tire through there company and I had them exchange the bad tire on my car with the new one after that I haven't had problems with my passengers rear tire leaking air staff was very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner The price for the job was somewhat prices but most things these days are especially if you want the job done right ✅️”
“Drove a classic car up for the vintage racing, had a weld break on the shocks. We thought we wouldn't be able to get it fixed a few hundres miles away from home. We found Parmenter, talked to Terry, said he'd take a look and let us know between customers because they were busy. Three hours later we got a call back and they were able to weld the piece back and checked our other shocks too. We're not able to recomend much in this area from where we are from, but will always recommend this shop.”

“I needed some maintenance completed on my vehicle, as well as an inspection. Chad, owner of Lakeside Automotive, got my vehicle in within a couple of days of me calling for an appointment. He did the preventative maintenance and let me know he had found an issue that might not pass inspection.
He went above and beyond what ANY mechanic has done for me and charged a fair amount.

“He did great work at a great price. While some places are charging over $100 per hour, his posted rate is $85. The guy is honest as the day is long. Also, he's a really nice guy too. I asked him why he works the hours that he does and he said that his wife works second shift and he gets to spend more time with her if he works the same hours. That alone tells me that he's good guy who loves his wife. I highly recommend this guy. I've been to him more than once. I wanted to see if my initial experience was the norm or not. Every experience was the same. He was courteous, professional and quick. He will definitely get all of my business. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”
