“Actually this is a review about a car that I in the end didn't buy from Craig. I put a $300 deposit on a great car at a good price, but I live in Rochester and needed to stay with a more local purchase. I was ready to kiss my $300 goodbye, but was happy to see it returned to my amex card just a few days later. BTW, there are three similar dealerships in a row at his location, and some negative reviews were mistakenly applied to Craig's Google listing.”

“Left my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection on Thursday morning. I said I was able to pick it up as late as Friday evening if needed. I had it back Thursday before dinner. I worked primarily with Mike, Tyler was the tech. Needed new wiper blades and Mike was transparent with prices and options. I’ve been using this place for over a year with multiple vehicles and have only good things to say.”
