“I'm satisfied with the work performed at Keane's. I feel they are polite and the waiting area is spotless and extremely well decorated. This shop is very expensive and not very accurate with their estimates. Be careful to look over the estimate proposal for added work that was never asked for ie, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid change etc. The receptionist said their prices would be less than a dealerships prices. This was false and when I mentioned her statement was false, she just mentioned that they stand by their quality work. I am satisfied by the work they performed but be prepared for the BILL. $$$”
“Wow such wonderful service! We were passing by on way to family party and we dropped by since our engine light came on—which was surprising since 2 days prior a mechanic had fixed our oxygen sensor. The owner had mechanic named Luis check it out for free and verified it was not an emergency concern so we can get it fixed when we go back home. Wish they were our mechanic, caring, honest and knowledgeable!”
