“On 10/19/2021 around 7:30 pm...My husband was on highway 684 north near exit 6. All of sudden, there was a big bumper flying off from a big moving truck near by. There were 3 cars in front of him that has already got hit. And there were 5 or 6 cars behind him who has got hit also. Only after NY State trooper has come then the flying bumper got stopped flying. I went to Maria of Van's for help. She has squeezed in an next day appointment for us.
