“This is the second time that my wife has brought a car to Deiana’s Custom Collision. The first time, she had a 15-year-old car that has now been replaced by a newer model. While adjusting to the newer, larger car, she scraped the front and slightly dislocated a front panel. After showing the damage to Steve, he scheduled an appointment for the following week. Since we live a half hour away, he said that she could wait while the work was being done, eliminating the need for a second trip. The car looks like new again and we couldn’t be more pleased! There are numerous body shops closer to our home, but the trip to Deiana's was well worth it, taking into account the workmanship and consideration we were shown.”
“I couldn't be happier with the work that Brian, Sam and the rest of the team did for my vehicle.
I was side swiped by an 18 wheeler and received extensive damage to my car, including issues with suspension, wheel alignment, and aesthetic work. Brian and Sam took care of just about everything, from working with the insurance company, to answering any questions I had. They also kept me in the loop of everything and called me at least twice a week to update me on the status of my car. The car was returned looking brand new and I have nothing but great things to say about the overall experience.

“IFM made the entire process very easy. I was contacted within a day of filing the claim with my insurance company, and the inspection was done within a day. IFM arranged for a rental for me the day of the inspection, and called the rental agency to come and pick me up. I received an estimate two days later along with the approximate date the repairs would be done. I received regular updates, and my car was ready the exact date they had told me. IFM even processed the return of my rental when I picked up my car. Staff did a great job, took care of all the paperwork and my car looks brand new again!”
