“Be prepared no matter what come of day you come there will be a line and you will have to wait. Having said, if you can make an appointment - do so. In an age where competency is rare - very few can be trusted to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. This is where Kim (for chase private client ) comes in. In less than 5 minutes she caught a very severe error that could have had potentially major legal consequences if left unnoticed. Not only was she quick to find the problem, she was able to offer a solution immediately. Going forward I will only deal with Kim, I suggest you do the same.
