“I called to ask if they could change the oil in my car. To my surprise, they said come right in. I thought, will they have the oil filter? They did!!! I was there in 10 minutes. They pulled my car right in. Another surprise, they could balance my tires, so they got me all done in one hour. Really awesome. The new owner, Jason, is all about taking care of the customer. Try them, you won't be disappointed!!!”

“Be prepared no matter what come of day you come there will be a line and you will have to wait. Having said, if you can make an appointment - do so. In an age where competency is rare - very few can be trusted to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. This is where Kim (for chase private client ) comes in. In less than 5 minutes she caught a very severe error that could have had potentially major legal consequences if left unnoticed. Not only was she quick to find the problem, she was able to offer a solution immediately. Going forward I will only deal with Kim, I suggest you do the same. I hope she gets a ginormous raise tomorrow as she deserves all of it and then some. JP Morgan Chase, Kim is an asset, recognize!”

“Great branch! Went here for a loan, not as a wells fargo bank member and their team was sooooo nice and helpful. Applied online and made an appointment at this location and our represenative, Nagat was sooo kind and helpful. My girlfriend uses WFB for a savings account which is why we had decided to get a loan thru them and what a great experience that was. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. Nagat had asked us if we needed anything else to give her a call and gave us her card. We realized upon driving away that we needed to get something notorised the next day. Called Nagat and turns out she was the notary! Went back in the next day and was in an out in 10 minutes no more. I will definitely be back to give not just Wells Fargo my business at some point in the future, but specifically this staff considering how nice they treated people that were not even banking/branch members here!”

“It may be Citi Bank, but it's a small Town Bank here in Yorktown Heights. Great service.. amazing staff. Regina was a life saver, helping with a home equity line of credit. The tellers are all friendly and spend time with you. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.”
