I just picked my car up from IFM and let me say I am SOOO impressed by the amazing job done! You wouldn’t even be able to tell there was any damage!! They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car which is definitely a nice added touch!! I 100% will always recommend IFM to all my friends and family! Thank you guys so much for a spectacular job!!!

One year after my car was repaired by IFM and i have to update my review because I am severely disappointed in the work done by the IFM technicians.The paint job they did was horrendous, and now swirls are starting to appear only on the body panels they worked on.The body lines are uneven on the same panels, and you could fit one or two fingers in the gaps between the panels they replaced.On the day it was supposed to be returned to me, one of their employees crashed my car again, resulting in an additional three weeks of repairs.The reps were rude over the phone.Truly a horrendous experience.Avoid at all costs.

Really professional. Went there per GEICO recommendation. They handled even the rental car arrangements.

I found the staff to be so nice, professional and extremely communicative throughout every step of repairing our car. They worked very well with our insurance company too. Made a stressful situation much much easier.

IFM repaired our vehicle as part of an accident/insurance issue. One is always a little wary of the company the insurance company recommended, but they were amazing. Arranged a rental car after we though we wouldn't need one. Amazingly communicative. The work was done on time, on budget and perfectly.Service: Body & Trim

My car was damaged, but not in a vehicle accident, so the insurance that covered it was not an auto policy. They refused to provide an estimate because I said that the insurance company required at least two estimates and they did not want to inspect the car unless it was guaranteed that I would do the work there. I get the feeling that their real business model is to make their real clients (auto insurance companies) happy and not necessarily vehicle owners.

These people are amazing.I got rear ended on a Wednesday. USAA sent me to them and they were available next day, but I couldn't make it until Friday End of Day. They inspected, documented, quoted, and submitted my repair estimate and I had a check from insurance less than 3 business days later.I worked with David Dellentash who was friendly, personable, professional, quick, and thorough. This was a preferred shop for Esurance, I didn't get my car fixed here because it was deemed a total loss. Alexandra was very nice and understanding in the begining but wouldn't let me into my own car to get things stating "as per your insurance agreement". when i asked my claims rep, she said that's between you and the shop, we have nothing to do with that.Then the Insurance and IFM made an agreement to remove aftermarket parts that were not covered. Its my car and my parts, but I was kept out of that loop. I did not get a copy of that agreement. It was like she worked for the insurance co. and not me. I was the customer! IFM did not remove everything on the list. I had to come back multiple times to get the bulk of it. In the end, I did not get most hardware to reinstall some of the items. I gave up and didn't want to deal with her anymore. This is just one person's opinion. I'm sure I'm leaving important details out. but the email chain for this claim was like 50 emails.

A very professional job from beginning to end. It was major body work, it did take 3 weeks, but the car was returned in perfect condition and in the time promised. I received regular updates via text messages so I knew when to expect it. They dealt directly with the car rental and the insurance company, making it easier for me.
