“Went out of their way to fit my vehicle in on the day I called, great service and extremely friendly. Made you feel like you were a customer for a long time even though it was my first time. Now they most definitely will have a returning customer for all my vehicles!!”
“I would like to thank Bob and Isaac for the great work they did on my 1966 Mustang. Even though Bob was fully booked, he took the time to listen and fit me in. I brought the car in rough shape, and Bob and his team brought it back to life. I truly appreciate all the hard work, problem-solving, and dedication they put into it. Everyone was respectful, attentive, and really listened. Highly recommend!”

“I have been taking my car to Steve at Jefferson Valley Service Station for six and a half years and have been 100% satisfied at each and every visit -- for oil changes, maintenance checkups, specific issues, annual emissions check, etc. Steve, Jay, Ralph and the entire staff are welcoming, caring, empathetic and accommodating, prompt and fairly priced. Oh, and they are expert mechanics! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve & Co. This place is a regional treasure.”

“My family were in a car, driving Upstate to take my elderly mother to the hospital, when the car was making the most agonizing (and terrifying) noise. I looked up repair shops near the hospital and this blessed place came up first. Tino and co. were so respectful of our situation and promised to have us on the road very soon and we indeed were. Many thanks to them and their extreme kindness and professionalism.”
