I cannot say enough good to accurately describe the satisfaction of me and my family and friends that have all left CVS for the poor service and general lack of respect for everyone. Long lines and never having my meds on time and not caring if I have them or not. You will never leave katonah way pharmacy feeling they didn't care or they didn't go out of their way to help. At CVS we suffered long waits in line, diffident sales people and pharmacists with whom we never could speak. S&S pharmacy is so much better and affords an easier interaction.”

Irene and the team at CVS in Target—Mount Kisco, NY—should be recognized for always going above and beyond. If I had to choose one of the other two CVS options, I would find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.”

“Big shout out to Tina @ Pound Ridge Pharmacy. I was in desperate need of a prescription this afternoon, and when I walked in a few minutes after it (literally) had been called in, Tina was able to fill it very quickly and without any issue. I have used Pound Ridge Pharmacy for years, and their pharmacy service has always been impeccable and professional. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and knowledgeable, and I am grateful to be able to use them.”

“The CVS at 660 Columbus Ave. in Thornwood is always a pleasure to visit! The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything from pharmacy essentials to great everyday items. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful they take time to answer questions and make sure prescriptions are ready on time. I especially appreciate how fast the checkout process is, whether I’m using self-checkout or being helped by a cashier. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking, and the store hours make it easy to stop by anytime. It’s clear that this CVS really cares about providing great service to the community. Highly recommended!”
