“So I got an older 2002 Taurus I inherited from my wife's uncle. Turns out the reason that I got a flat from a stick driving down a paved asphalt road to do a funeral was because the tire had been patched multiple times before and was super weak. So I get a recommendation from one of the ministers of consolation at St. Gregory's that this is "the spot" if you have car trouble. Drove it in at 11, Juan saw me, told me he'd get the tire in at 3:30-4, had it on and installed by about 4pm, and when I pull out, what do you know, but the car drives better? I just wanted the tire replaced. It's like going to a doctor for a cold and you leave 10 years younger with a six-pack. Being that I don't know the relative value of a tire, parts and labor, and all that, it may very well have been the case that I paid for it without realizing it, but due to the fluctuating prices I would assume are true for most car parts, what I will say is the price I paid seemed ok for a tire, and I was impressed with also having my car's general ability to traverse down a road improved.”

“I bought my wife a car at the beginning of this month from Audi in Lynbrook. Gustavo was the salesman who worked with me through the whole process and he was awesome. My entire experience was awesome. I was financing the car but my wife was going to be registering and insuring it so it was the typical sale and I took some figuring out on there end but between Gustavo and their finance department, they went to great lengths to make the sale happen and honestly they made me and my family feel important. It was sort of a surprise for my wife and Gustavo even went as far as having a bow put on the car when she saw it the first time. It was really a great overall experience and I can honestly say I would definitely buy another car from here. Thank you guys so much for all your help. We love the car and thank you so much also to the finance department the woman who set up the financing and handle all the finance paper work was also amazing everyone went above and beyond. “They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”

“Kevin recently detailed my C8 Z06 with CQuartz Finest Reserve and not only was the work outstanding and diligent; but he took the extra time to explain the full process and provided me an entire document to care for the car going forward.
He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on.
Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses.
