“They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”
“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura. Update: November 2025. I’m so thankful for The amazing staff at Paragon. This is my third car from this particular dealership and I’m so pleased with my experience. Mervany, the finance manager and Deniz, my salesperson, were so accommodating and kind throughout the whole process. It’s reassuring to do business with people who understand the difficulties navigating in this current economy while trying to have a good quality of life.”

“This was my very first time at this shop. Dealing with other mechanics I was very hesitant,but the guys at this shop were on point with my diagnosis of what’s going on with my truck. They took their time explaining what needed to get done right away and what will need to be done at a later time. They were honest, precise, and very thorough. They said they will also call if while taking care of the current problem if anything else needed to get fixed. After the work was completed and they drove the truck to ensure the problem was resolved, they called and said the truck is ready. Two days later, they even reached out to me to make sure everything was working as it should and assured me if there is ever another issue with the truck they will fix it. I honestly don’t know of any other shop that goes to this extend. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for top of the line mechanics 1000%

“Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth.
Update:
Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“Best body shop in NYC! I've used them twice now for some pretty bad damage to my cars. They have a great, friendly staff. I dropped the car off and they took it from there, making the insurance process a breeze. They even helped out with arranging rental car pickup.
Both times the car has come back ahead of schedule and looking as good as the day I bought it. Nobody wants to get in an accident, but if you do this is the place to go. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“I chose Bruno’s due to their stellar reviews. They didn’t disappoint. I needed my windshield wiper fluid hose repaired along with an oil change and inspection. I always have taken my Jetta to the dealer but after my last visits, I had a feeling they were just taking me for a fool by telling me I extra services, at very high prices.
Bruno’s were very thorough and told me exactly what I needed done and at an excellent price. Also the turn around to get the car back was quick. The Dealership service dept won’t be seeing me again. Bruno’s will be my new service place for my Jetta”
