“I have going to Pc Richard’s for about 20 years. My salesperson Scott Gilbert has continually been very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with. There are other places I can go, or buy online. As long is Scott is still there that’s the only place I will go. 5 stars to Pc Richards and 5 stars to scott . 2nd to none. Thanks Sean R. I just wanted to add that Scott Gilbert is a real good guy. He really helped me purchasing an air conditioner. He was more concerned about me getting what I needed rather than being money hungry. What a professional. Wish I could give 10 stars! Thanks Scott. Sean R.”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Brian at P.C. Richard & Son while purchasing kitchen appliances for a project we’re currently working on. From start to finish, Brian provided exactly the kind of customer service you hope to receive when making a significant purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different appliances, took the time to understand exactly what we needed, and carefully walked me through the various models, features, dimensions, and options. There was absolutely no pressure—just straightforward, professional advice that made it much easier to make the right decision for the project. What impressed me most was Brian’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He made sure I understood the differences between the products, helped me put together the right combination of appliances, and made the entire process efficient and stress-free. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were excellent. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate people who take pride in what they do and understand that great service is what brings customers back. Brian is an excellent representative of P.C. Richard & Son and absolutely earned my future business. I highly recommend asking for Brian if you’re shopping for appliances. Five-star service from beginning to end. Thank you again, Brian!”

“recently purchased a Miele Vacuum L1 Guard and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vacuum itself is outstanding—powerful, quiet, and clearly built with high-quality materials. It does an amazing job cleaning and feels like it’s made to last. What really stood out, though, was the customer experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Overall, a great product backed by excellent service. Highly recommend!”

“Home appliance is the best! The sales people were so honest and helped me to stay with in my budget for a new fridge. The delivery was set, so quick and easy. The guys were in and out. They cleaned up everything and not one single mark on any cabinet or wall. They took the old fridge (I was expecting to leave it in the curb and disassemble it). They did everything white glove- no fuss. I will buy all of my appliances from Home Appliance from now on! Such a great experience.”

“We needed a large capacity washer and dryer to fit in a limited space. Robert came over, measured the space and researched to help us find an appropriate solution. The laundry center we purchased required a special installation which was accomplished successfully. The price we paid was competitive and fair. I am grateful for the excellent service and look forward to doing business with Malkin Appliances in the future.”

“I would like to extend my sincere applause and appreciation to your Farmingdale, NY employee, Christian Nielsen, for providing customer service that went far beyond his normal responsibilities. Chris personally called me to let me know that he had found a sizeable check I had endorsed to a contractor. He then asked what I would like him to do with it. He even volunteered to void the check, destroy it, and text me a photo confirming that those actions had been completed. Because of Chris's honesty, initiative, and exceptional professionalism, I was likely spared what could have been a lengthy and stressful dispute with both my bank and the contractor. Thank you, Mr. Nielsen, for demonstrating integrity and outstanding customer care. In all my years of shopping at Home Depot, this is, without question, the finest customer service I have ever received. Employees like Christian Nielsen are a tremendous asset to your company and deserve to be recognized.”

And, they are quick! You can spend your day off working on your projects instead of hunting and pecking through chaotic shelves or dealing with clueless salespeople.”

“Every first of the month, Home Depot offers a mini activity project for kids. You just have to sign up, let them know how many kids you have, and pick up a pre-packaged kit. The activity pack includes everything you need, along with some stickers. You'll just need a hammer, a screwdriver, and some paint. You can do the activity at Home Depot or take it home to complete. I really enjoy this activity for the kids—it gets them using their hands and off their tablets. Great job to Home Depot for providing such a family-friendly thing to do on a Sunday morning!”

“I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by a representative named Taj at the Best Buy store in Baldwin. We recently made a large appliance purchase, and Taj was instrumental in that decision. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire delivery process so we knew exactly what to expect. After using our new appliance for a week, we couldn't be happier with the experience. Taj’s assistance made all the difference, and based on his customer service support, we highly recommend the Best Buy in Baldwin.”
