Keezac Pharmacy is a small, family-like business that stands out for its caring and helpful staff, especially the owner, Sam. Customers appreciate that Sam always goes out of his way to help, explains medications clearly, and makes them feel comfortable. Unlike large chain pharmacies, Keezac has a warm, mom-and-pop atmosphere that customers love, providing personalized service and making them feel valued. The staff is known for being professional, courteous, and genuinely caring about the health and satisfaction of their customers. They are attentive to individual needs, often working closely with physicians to ensure proper medication management, including helping with safe medication weaning and working to save customers money whenever possible. Customers have noted that Keezac Pharmacy can obtain medications and medical supplies that larger chain pharmacies often cannot, and they work well with insurance providers to prevent unnecessary issues. Many reviews mention that Keezac Pharmacy offers a level of attention and care that is missing from corporate-run pharmacies, which can feel impersonal and rushed. Customers feel supported, valued, and confident in the knowledgeable staff’s ability to provide quality care. Overall, Keezac Pharmacy is highly recommended as a trusted, caring, and professional local pharmacy that makes a real difference in its community by treating customers like family and prioritizing their health and well-being.
Sam is super nice and professional. Takes his time and takes care of everything without a problem. The staff is also very nice. At CVS or Waldgreens they do not care about the patient. They do not want to get to know you. Continue to support the small business owners. They care and make the difference.
