“Gotta give credit when credit is due let’s all be honest here. Verizon is on the expensive side of the mobile carriers but they do have amazing offers like iPhone Pro, Max and Free I watch with it. How do you beat something like that ? when you walk into one of their stores you know you are in a premium store they actually have the device you want in the color that you want and they’re not telling you order it online to get that price they make it happen the manager, Mike S absolute standup guy and does everything to make sure you walk out with what you actually wanted none of what you didn’t no pressure sale and a boatload of product knowledge and experience but if you’re not looking for all that special stuff, how about this he’s super fast and knows what he’s talking about !!!”

“I visited the East Meadow store today frantically that I accidentally deleted many of my photos. Bobby was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. Bobby calmly restored my phone and recovered all of my pictures. He then made some necessary changes to my phone and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable. When we walked in I was worried my iPad would not be able to be fixed. The gentleman who was there on Wednesday look at it and told us the problem and that he could have it done in an hour, One hour later I was back to playing games on my iPad. I just recommended him to one of our friends.”
“Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”
