“Luca was very friendly and helpful- ensured my packages were sealed appropriately! I will never go to another UPS location, i was at the Albertson 5480 store 10 minutes prior and not only was the associate rude, the manager Frank was sarcastic and rude- so much so that I didnt give them all my packages because i couldnt wait to leave their Albertson store. I drove 10 minutes to this Greenvale store and was greeted with a smile and a flawless pleasant experience”

“I recently purchased an expensive set of art prints at auction (Rago/Wright) and needed to get them from the East Coast to Utah. The shipping representative at Rago recommended that I solicit a bid from Arrow Express, telling me that they are masters at crating artwork and highly-reliable. I did solicit another bid which was more than twice the price as Arrow's bid and in the end I was delighted with Arrow's skill set, responsiveness and reliability. The works were crated in a hand-built plywood box and shipped to me via UPS. The crate itself is a work of art and the artworks arrived on time and in virtually perfect condition. I had no prior experience in dealing with Arrow but I would give them an A+ rating and would use their services again in a heartbeat. I am attaching pictures of the crate they constructed so that you can see how diligent they are in their efforts. Kudos to Brian and the team at Arrow.”

“I called this UPS store for some help. Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“I’m giving this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center a full 5-star review based on my overall experience. One very important tip to know: when you drop off a package here, you may be told to use the self-service checkout to scan your FedEx tracking number, or a staff member may scan it for you using the same system. While you will receive a receipt, this scan does NOT immediately upload to the FedEx system. From my experience—both scanning it myself and having staff do it this way—the tracking information did not appear in the FedEx system until the driver arrived for pickup and scanned it, sometimes showing as shipped the next day. If you need your package to be officially marked as shipped the same day, make sure to hand it directly to the cashier and have them scan the tracking number on their computer. That way, it shows up in the FedEx system immediately. Aside from that, this location is excellent. There is a small parking lot outside, but it’s rarely crowded, so parking is usually easy and convenient. The hours are also longer than many FedEx shipping centers, which makes it very flexible: * Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM * Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM * Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. There’s typically little to no line, so the whole process is quick and saves a lot of time. Overall, this is a very convenient and reliable FedEx location. As long as you know the difference between self-service scanning and cashier scanning, you’ll have a smooth experience every time. Highly recommended!”
