“Hey Staples, I don't what or who you use for training your employees but you should make it available to all stores. I've never been disappointed with the service and help I've needed when I use your stores. And I mean all over the country. I'm not the brightest bulb in the box when it comes to my cell phone or computer but I've always been helped till my task at hand was completed. A great big "Thanks " to you all who have helped me.
