While there were a few instances where representatives faced challenges, they were still praised for trying their best to assist customers.
I wish I could give it 0 stars; the customer service is truly terrible; the two women at the front desk are very rude and show no empathy; I don't understand why employees who lack customer service skills are working in these kinds of positions. I feel very disappointed every time I have to go pick up my mail.
