Called for pharmacy and kept getting put on hold. then when they finally picked up they hung up on me. i thought it was a mistake and i called again and after waiting on hold yet again they picked up told me “hold on”, i waited again, and then they hung up

This pharmacy is horrible. Same problem every single month! Doesn’t matter if you call or show up, there is nobody to help. You can call and be on hold for 45 minutes, they just keep answering ans placing you on hold until eventually they just hang up. They text you your rx is ready and when you show up it’s not.
