The Pharmacy is just horrendous. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time. You will spend 15to 20 minutes waiting on the phone to ask a question. You can also expect to wait on line for 15 to 20 minutes at the Pharmacy just to find out your prescription is still not ready. Do your self a favor and avoid this Pharmacy. To say it is horrendous is being kind.

In the time it took me waiting on line waiting for the techs to log into the computer, the 300 pound lady at the counter with her 90 pound pocketbook looking for her insurance card then waiting for her to find out her insurance is canceled with the other 5 people waiting for the medication their Drs sent over hours ago my strep throat healed on its own and I did not need my medication by the time I was called to the counter. That’s how long things take here. Bye

They have one of the worst pharmacy service. Always long lines and no one to help. Evenif someone can help you they will take their sweet time.

The pharmacy. OMG… they need to do better when someone called in to speak to pharmacy. Terrible service. No one answer the phone after 15-20 minutes wait on the line.

Place is clean, organized and well-lit. Parking around is convenient. Didn't find what I needed today (a specific cough drop). Courteous staff.

I am so ashamed of this pharmacy for what they did to me! Left me sick for days and said they would have the rest of my medication on the 29th then just cancelled it! I get sick without my medication! Leaving this up until they make right with me and taking this to corporate

Here I am, TWO HOURS into waiting for amoxicillin. You know, one of the most common medications in the world? Did I mentioned this particular location sent me to another location because they lied on the phone and said they had it when they very much didn't? Every. Freakin'. Time. I have a prescription to fill I'm told it's ready, I show up and it's not. Maybe if Walgreen's spent less time on ensuring their text, phone, email, smoke signal -based marketing was working to tell me my prescription was ready, they'd actually be able to fill them instead of staring at people like they have 10 heads when they express that two hours is too long of wait for something that was "ready for pickup."

Dr. Austin Johnson was very helpful when I was having issues with my doctors prescription. He went out of his way taking the time and care to make sure my medication was correct and did not have any interactions with other medication I was on. He is a life saver!

Same as other reviews. Pharmacy is simply broken. They don’t answer a call and don’t fill your prescription. They admit they are understaffed and that the existing staff threatens to walk out. Do not use this pharmacy.

If I could give the pharmacy less than one star. I would. The hold times on the phone are ridiculous. I have never gotten through EVER. And they never have med already. Even after waiting. AWFUL.

The wait for prescriptions is days. Whenever I have a prescription sent there I have to call and tell them that I need to have it filled if I want it that day. If you call the pharmacy you are on hold sometimes for hours until someone picks up. The pharmacy staff have told me that they are understaffed and at times have over 400 - yes 400 prescriptions waiting to be filled. Totally unacceptable and inconsiderate! Shame on Walgreens!!!!

There has never been a more rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, pharmacy anywhere. Between withholding medication, that they have no control over. Other than they Personally choose to. Examp: withholding vital life saving medication after being discharged from a hospital for a surgery. I hope you don't need your life saving medication, the pharmacists will just stand there and watch you expire in front of them. As they use the store phone for their private conversations with their friends, instead of answering customer phone calls. If you wonder why you are forever on hold.. AKA male blond pharmacist.... Please everyone do your self a favor and go to a real drug store.... I respectable one such as CVS

First and last time I will go in here. Staff is rude and need to work on their people skills. I normally go to Bethpage but happened to be in the area and thought it would be more convenient, I'll go out of my way next time.
