“Brianna is an amazingly knowledgeable sales person! She was so helpful! I’ve bought many mattresses over the years, no one was ever like her. I told her my needs, she directed me to what she thought would work & explained why. The first 2 were the most comfortable for me. The one I chose was a purple brand which the company had changed the model but never told the sales team not sell that one on the floor. She knew I wouldn’t like the change right away. That was frustrating for both of us, after spending so long choosing the right one. Wasn’t meant to be … I went with my other choice. She wasn’t pushy, just genuinely helpful in finding the right mattress to suite my needs.”

“the deer head wall mount is very pretty but the antlers make it top heavy and I was afraid it would turn and slip off the nail, so my husband drilled another hole in it closer to the top to equal out the weight and it's not so top heavy now. Still have to be careful but it's as top heavy as before.”

Unfortunately the new table was defective as well and Joe once again was there to help us.He gave us a store credit and helped us pick out a different table. “I bought a sectional that I absolutely love . I was looking for a certain color and they had it. From the second I walked in the door to shop until the delivery and set up today, everything was perfect . I didn’t feel pressured when I was shopping in the showroom (some stores jump on you when you walk in) , the gentleman was very helpful with my questions and measurements to make sure it would fit in my apartment . The delivery was fast and easy. The 2 men that delivered and set up my couch were nice and very professional . They went above and beyond when delivering today . 1000% recommend .”

She didn't pressure my fiance and I but instead invested her time into understanding our needs and made recommendations she thought would be best for us. We worked with Chris initially, then when another rep came to the house to measure, he was a fabulous design partner. The furniture arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and a couple of months after when we noticed the table was not operating smoothly with the leaf, one phone call and they were here = took care of everything quickly. Fast easy and you don’t even have to get out of your car when you use the target app. Pick your items and your order is ready within two hours and your coupons are automatically applied to your order. They even give u an option to add more items to your order or add a starbies coffee for you. You tell them when your there through the app and the space your in .they put the groceries right in your vehicle and your off.”

“I had a good experience with ordering and getting my reclining sofa. Ronda listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect solution for my den. I had ordered Flexsteel. My sales rep said it could take up to 6 months, they contacted me when they had the estimate date. It was worth the wait as it is made in the USA. Delivery and set up was perfect.
