“Undoubtedly one of the finest old school hardware stores in the southern tier. If not all of Western and central New York, always on point products, pricing and advice. The biggest part being the expert advice, no matter what your project is. Ray and Lisa have been doing this long enough to be able to tell you what you need. And how you need to do it in most cases, they are just dead on. We have a 100+ your old house and obviously we need a lot of advice on how to keep things running and maintain well and how to do our improvements.The right way with the right products.
Their staff, Jackson and the rest of the crew are experts in finding what you need for your specific project and if you need it and they don't have it. They will very often order it for you. It's a wonderful experience. Excellent music to listen to as you browse the aisles to boot!
