I had a minor dent with missing paint on the plastic bumper. Unfortunately, plastic cannot be fixed so they had to order a bumper and paint it. Everything went great. They offered to drop me home and pick me up, but I had others do that. The car looks great. Weird about the bad review, But I would use them again.
